It is not just a celebration that ends with the end of the same day, but rather a link in a series of arrangements that we will strive to turn into an action plan that contributes to reducing the risks posed to young people and society. Therefore, at the end of the ceremony, a number of recommendations will be issued to be proposed by stakeholders. And because we see that the recommendations will have an impact on the entire Libyan nation if the intentions are crowned with success, we are interested in the participation of its people from all walks of life in writing the recommendations, for which we have prepared a form for collecting them in preparation for including them with the recommendations.
