That Al-Emad Complex is a group of important investment buildings and one of the landmarks of the city of Tripoli, the capital of Libya. The complex is owned by the International Islamic Call Society, and the construction project for the complex was started in 1983 to be completed by the end of the eighties. Many Libyan and foreign administrative and investment agencies take the headquarters of That Al-Emad Complex, and the complex, with its well-equipped halls, hosts many events and conferences that are held in Tripoli.
