From this standpoint, the Department of Civil Engineering at the College of Engineering at Omar Al-Mukhtar University organizes an international scientific conference specialized in the fields of civil engineering to be held by the Department of Civil Engineering at the College of Engineering – Omar Al-Mukhtar University. It is held periodically every two years in an effort to exchange experiences, raise the level of research and keep pace with the rapid scientific and technical developments.
