Mechanism for receiving research papers:
It is required to fill out the attached participation form and send it to the scientific committee within the specified date for receiving the research, via e-mail: 4esc2023@srcest.org.ly or 4esc2023@gmail.com
Evaluation and publication mechanism:
The Scientific Committee has full authority and direct supervision to follow up the process of arbitration of research submitted to the conference, and to take whatever decisions and procedures it deems appropriate in order to ensure the proper conduct of arbitration. Conducting scientific arbitration for research through specialized professors inside and outside Libya The researcher is committed to making the required amendments according to the reports of the arbitrator and explaining what he did not amend, and the scientific committee has the right to decide what it deems appropriate in this regard. Accepted research papers are peer-reviewed and valid for publication. Each researcher is granted a certificate indicating the acceptance of his research and the attendance and presentation at the conference activities. The book of the full papers (Procceding) that will be presented at the conference will be published in a special issue of the Journal of Environmental Science and Technology.
Research evaluation form:
To evaluate the research, the scientific committee of the conference adopted the arbitration form for evaluating the research, the Libyan Journal of Environmental Science and Technology.
Detection of similarity and citation ratios:
The Scientific Committee of the conference uses the Turnitin program to calculate the percentage of plagiarism and to approve the permissible citation percentage for acceptance of the paper as a maximum of (25%), provided that it does not exceed (5%) from a single source.
The number of targeted studies:
Approximately 80 scientific papers covering all the axes mentioned are accepted, with 20 papers for each axis.
